Jon Levitt, Owner and Pastrychef of 33 years brings a little bit of Europe to the Sunshine Coast.  “We’ve created an experience normally only available in a 5 star resort.”

Jonathan served his apprenticeship on the Gold Coast, then worked for the Hilton Hotel for 11years.  He opened the Brisbane and Cairns Hilton and undertook extensive master Patisserie training in Columbo Sri Lanka, then eventually based himself and his family in Perth, where he opened his first Jonathan M Patisserie as a family business.

Jonathan M Patisserie is a unique patisserie, which specialises in Croquembouches, Wedding, Cakes, High Teas and a mouth watering range of lunch product selection.

Moffat Beach now offers a licenced café, function room and divine desserts. Come in and treat yourself with a friend to a gourmet delight and a glass of bubbly or one of our works of art ~ dessert and liquour.

Jonathan invites you to view his kitchen and fine cake display.   The freshly baked products are only available from Jonathan M Patisserie on the Sunshine Coast.  Save time and energy when you're celebrating and have your desserts menu catered for.  You will be given the attention you deserve, whether it be for a coffee or planning your wedding.
